About
Technical Sportswear;
eco-friendly & sustainable
Teamgeist Ltd are a team of four experts in sportswear design, development and production. We are based in the UK and Germany and we speak several languages fluently.
As active triathletes, runners, cyclists and swimmers we understand the needs of our clients and customers.
Between us we have helped create sportswear and activewear for cycling, running, swimming, triathlon, hunting, fishing, yoga, athleisure, skiing, tennis, equestrian, gym and fitness.
Some of the sports brands we have worked with include Killy, Nevica, Schöffel, Husky, Killtec, Dare2b, Völkl, Sunseeker, E+O, Trigirl, EH Beach, ELT Walthausen, Wellicious, Runnerspoint, Sport 2000 and Monreal London.
We are Christine, Birgit, Sandra and Patrizia, with a combined 80 years’ experience in the sportswear industry. Our specialist expertise covers pattern making, garment design, development, sourcing, sampling, factory production and quality control.
We also partner with a network of experts to offer added professional services such as graphic design (logo and branding), e-commerce, website development, blogging & copy writing, and photography (product and lifestyle shoots).
Sustainability is our passion. Sportswear can be technical, functional, fashionable and kind to the planet. We work with eco-friendly materials such as recycled polyester and regenerated nylon. For non-performance product we work with sustainable natural materials like hemp and organic cotton from reputable suppliers.

Where
Based in the UK and Germany, we work with a trusted network of small and medium-sized factories in Europe.
European production offers you reduced lead times and ease of communication, and your product will travel with a lower carbon footprint.
Production in Europe also means factory workers are better protected by EU regulations.
why
The tide is turning on cheap kit produced on the other side of the world.
Consumers are turning their backs on production where plastic pollution, child labor and CO2 emissions may go unchecked.
We can work with you to ensure that your kit is kind to the environment.
